5. Document Upload and Storage

Our Platform allows you to upload and store documents for your university applications. By uploading documents, you:

• Confirm that you have the right to upload and share such documents
• Grant us permission to store and process your documents for the purpose of facilitating your applications
• Acknowledge that documents may be shared with universities as part of your applications
• Accept responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of uploaded documents

6. University Applications

When you submit applications through our Platform:

• You authorize us to transmit your application information and documents to the selected universities
• You understand that application decisions are made solely by the universities
• We do not guarantee admission to any program
• Application fees, if any, are determined by individual universities

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Svvy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any information provided through the Platform is accurate or complete
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• Your use of the Platform will result in university admission

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SVVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Svvy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or deceptive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
